IQAir is a popular Swiss air quality monitoring service. IQAir AirVisual Outdoor devices are known for their high measurement accuracy and resistance to weather conditions. They are equipped with sensors for PM2.5 and PM10 particulate matter, temperature, humidity, and pressure. Detailed data is available to the station owner, while the website publishes PM2.5 pollution information, which we collect.
PM2.5 pollution data is calibrated against Yerevan Municipality sensors, so it may differ from the data on the IQAir website. Although IQAir sensors are highly accurate, we still recalibrate the data to better align with municipal sensors and update calibration algorithms monthly.
